I received my Diploma of Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2015. As an enthusiastic and knowledgeable therapist, I offer 11 years of hands-on experience working with diverse patients from various settings such as a multidisciplinary clinic, MVA clinic, gym, and spas.

Whether it’s for relaxation, prevention, or rehabilitation, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will accommodate your needs. I integrate various techniques such as Swedish massage, soft tissue therapy, positional release technique, remedial exercises, cupping therapy, and Thai massage into my treatments.

Outside the treatment room, I keep myself busy through long walks, cooking, gardening and training in martial arts. I am a volunteer assistant instructor at a local community center for taekwondo and an avid Muay Thai student.

I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapy of Ontario (RMTAO).
